Sau T. Gates, 73, of Savannah, GA passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2019.
Born on August 1, 1945, in Mỹ Tho, Vietnam, Sau Thi Nguyen was the second youngest of five children (three brothers and one sister). She went on to become a loving mother to five children of her own and was deeply cared for in the Vietnamese community.
She is preceded in death by her respected husband of 49 years, William Norman Gates.
She is survived by her beautiful daughters, Anh Tran, Mai Phan, Loan Ware, and Thuy Terrermelo. She also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, loving relatives and faithful long-time friends
Interment will be 11 am Friday January 8, 2019 at Beaufort National Cemetery.
