William "Bill" Duane Senft, Jr.,64, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in Savannah, GA.
Born on March 15, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio, Bill's life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Bill was a proud graduate of Grove City High School in Grove City, Ohio, where he first developed his enduring passion for community and teamwork. This passion carried over into his career where he dedicated 10 years of service as a Store Manager with Chevron Corp, proving himself as a hardworking and dedicated leader.
A devoted husband and father, Bill leaves behind his beloved wife of 36 years, Debra "Debi" Lynn Fuller-Senft, who was his partner in all of life's adventures. Together, they raised two wonderful children, his son, Billy, and his daughter, Bobbie Jean, who were the pride and joy of his life. Bill's love for his family extended deeply to his loyal puppy, Bandit, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
He also is survived by his brother, Buddy; sisters, Debbie, Judy, and Leslie; and several nieces and nephews, all of whom held a special place in his heart. As an avid football fan, Bill loved watching games, always cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys.
Bill was not only a man of family and football but also one who valued peace and presence. He believed deeply in taking time to watch, listen, and cherish every moment, avoiding conflict whenever possible—a testament to his gentle spirit and kind nature.
To honor Bill's memory, a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate Bill's life and share in their memories of a man who touched many with his warmth and compassion.
