Mr. William Carswell Burke, age 73, of Swainsboro, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025.

Mr. Burke was born on December 29, 1951 in Savannah to the late Charles Merrell Burke and the late Jean Wilson Burke.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Burke.

Survivors include his sons, William C. "Billy" Burke, Jr. and Robert Shane Burke; brother, Charles "Chuck" Burke; sisters, Darlene Whitener and Marie Armstrong; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and significant other, Cindy Marsh.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, GA 31406).

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
