Vergie Mae Nelson Noble, age 96, of Savannah, passed away Saturday, November 23rd, 2013 at her residence .
A native of Savannah , she was born July 19th,1917, the daughter of William Henry Nelson and Mary Lagree Nelson. She was a parishoner of St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church
Mrs. Noble is survived by two daughters, Mary Robinson of Queens, New York and Vergie Williams of Savannah, Georgia; five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren, and nieces & nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 29th from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 P.M. Interment will be in Greenwich Cemetery.
Donations: Restoration Fund-St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church.
