Tammy Renee Browning, age 54, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on August 16, 2025 at her residence. Tammy was a Savannah native, born April 28, 1971 to the late Rose Marie Harrelson and Ricky Wayne Miller Sr.
Tammy was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was married to her husband, Windy “Breezy” Browning, for 28 years. They had two beautiful children, Justin and Tamara. Tammy worked at P.L. Marketing for 11 years as part of the reset team. Anyone who knew her, knew how hard she worked everyday. She was also a member of Living Free Bikers Church of the Holy Spirit for 3 years, as well as a lifetime member of the A.B.A.T.E of Georgia District 11. Tammy was quiet and reserved, spending her free time working on puzzles, coloring or fishing. Her husband Breezy helped bring out her wild side where together they would ride motorcycles. Most of all Tammy loved spending time with her beloved grandchildren, Lune, Colton, and Emmett. They were the absolute joys of her life! Anyone who met Tammy knew how big her heart was, and how she would do anything for anyone. She will be greatly missed by all.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Ricky Miller.
She is survived by her husband, Windy “Breezy” Browning; her son Justin Miller (Alejandra); her daughter Tamara Bailey (Matt); sister Melinda Stafford; and her grandchildren Lune Miller and Colton & Emmett Bailey. She also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
A celebration of life will be held in October by the family
