Ruth V. Craig, age 82, of Savannah passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024.
Mrs. Craig was born on April 13, 1941, in Cylo, Georgia to the late Troy Morris and the late Dorothy Ruth Morris. Mrs. Craig loved reading novels, working in her yard, and caring for her household. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Samuel H Craig.
Survivors include her three daughters, Terry Riner (Gerald Riner Sr) of Savannah, Toni Holland ( Kenny Holland) of Jesup, GA, and Tracy Craig (David Neal) of Port St. Lucie, FL; Grandchildren, Chris Riner, Gerald Riner Jr, Michael Anderson, Vince Mcalister, Sam McAlister, and Cody McAlister. Ruth also had 7 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Friday, February 23, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Bonaventure Cemetery (330 Bonaventure Road Savannah, Georgia 31404).
Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, Georgia 31406).
