It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pauline Beasley Glick, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who peacefully departed from this world on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the age of 98. Pauline was a longtime resident of Pooler, GA, and formerly of Claxton, Georgia, where she was born and raised.
Pauline was born on April 24, 1927, to Luke and Mary Barrow Beasley, who preceded her in death. She was united in marriage with her husband, Darrell L. Glick Sr., who also preceded her in passing, along with their sons, Larry Glick, Barry Luke Glick and a granddaughter, Heather Glick.
A devoted homemaker, Pauline dedicated her life to raising and nurturing her family, leaving behind a strong and enduring legacy of love and kindness. She enjoyed working with flowers, was an avid gardener and loved sharing vegetables with family and friends.
Pauline is survived by her cherished children: her sons, Darrell L. Glick Jr. (Sandy), Harry E. Glick (Cindy), Joseph L. Glick (Leslie), and her daughters, Mary G. Evangelista, Cheryl G. Klein (Albert), and Joy G. Larrick (John). She also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great grandchildren who brought joy to her life, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
Her warmth, welcoming spirit, and unwavering Christian faith will be fondly remembered and profoundly missed by everyone who knew her.
Arrangements for Pauline’s services are provided by Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.
In our sorrow at the loss of such a special woman, we are comforted by the many happy memories she leaves with us and the promise that love is eternal.
