Norma Ruthanne Warren, 63, passed away on July 25, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on January 13, 1963, in Duval County, Jacksonville, Fl. Norma lived a life defined by love, hard work, kindness, and unwavering devotion to those she cherished most

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Bonnie Ruth English and William Lavon Martin

Norma is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Joseph D. Warren of Savannah, Georgia, who was the love of her life and her steadfast partner through every season. She is also survived by her sister, Rita Jones (Mark Jones) of Leonardtown, Maryland, and her brother, Kenneth Martin of Savannah, Georgia.

She was a proud and loving mother to her son, Ryan Partain (Kelly) of Guyton, Ga and her daughters, Corrie Sweat, Elaine Warren of Savannah, Georgia, and Danielle Warren Hobbs (Bryan) of Guyton, Georgia.

Her greatest joy was being “Grandma” to Hannah Warren, Drayton McLean, Bailee Silas, Elijah Warren, Miley Partain, Kennedy Floyd, McKenzie Partain, Ni’Rae Hunter, Elizabeth Partain, Taylor McLean, and Kaitlyn Partain. She treasured every moment spent with them and filled their lives with unconditional love, laughter, and countless memories.

Norma dedicated more than 20 years of her career to T-Mobile, where she was consistently recognized as one of the company’s top sales associates. Her work ethic, dedication, and genuine ability to connect with people earned her the respect of her colleagues and the loyalty of her customers.

Outside of work, Norma found happiness in the simple things that made life beautiful. She had a passion for flowers and gardening, delighting in watching hummingbirds visit her yard. She loved cooking meals for those she loved, expressing her creativity through crafting, spending peaceful days at the beach, and caring deeply for animals. Her home was always filled with warmth, beauty, and love.

Norma will be remembered for her generous heart, her caring spirit, and the way she made everyone around her feel welcome and loved. Her strength, compassion, and unwavering love for her family will continue to inspire those who knew her.
