She was born June 20, 1938 in Nashville, Tennessee, and was a 1956
Graduate of Savannah High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin E. Carney, and
Bonnie Lucille Carney, a brother, Alvin E. Carney, Jr., (Sonny).
She is survived by her husband, Orbie W. Howell, Jr., 2 sons, Ronald
L. Neely, Jr., and Randall C. Neely, 1 daughter, Ronda Neely Barefoot,
6 grandchildren, Trey Neely, Kari Neely, Kasey Neely, Amy Neely,
Bonnie Barefoot, and Michael Barefoot, and 6 great grandsons.
She was a profession "dog groomer".
