With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Webster, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, who left this world on Thursday, November 6th, 2025, at the age of 83. Betty passed away peacefully in her home in Pooler, GA, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on Wednesday, August 26th, 1942, in Quitman, MS, Betty led a fulfilling life marked by love, dedication, and service to others. She spent her career as a dedicated property manager for Kole Management, where she contributed significantly to her community and industry. Betty's leadership skills shone brightly during her time as the past president of the Apartment Association of Savannah, earning her respect and admiration from her peers.

Betty was a spirited soul who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her passion for boating and floating in the Gulf of Mexico was contagious, and her stories of adventures on the water will be cherished by all who knew her.

She was a beloved matriarch who leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. Betty is survived by her daughter, Donna Largis of Pooler, GA, and her son, Christopher Webster of Pooler, GA. Her family extended beyond her beloved children to include two cherished sisters, Abbie (Gary) Baker and Ann (Chester) Turner, as well as her 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered fondly by her friends and community members.

Betty was preceded in death by her loving parents, John Thomas Hull and Alice Hull, her devoted spouse, Billy Don Webster, her dear grandchild, Alicia Moore, and her great grandchild Annabelle Hodges

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Betty's remarkable life will be held on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at 4:00 pm at the Port Wentworth Global Methodist Church in Port Wentworth, GA.

In Lieu of flowers the family ask that you make a donation to Hospice of Savannah in Betty's name.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the Baker McCullough Funeral Home-Garden City Chapel.

Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Webster will be deeply missed, but her enduring spirit and the love she shared will live on in the hearts of all those who were fortunate to know and love her.
