Mary Ellen Brown

Mary went to Heaven on Tuesday October 2, 2018 at Hospice Savannah, Inc. She was a dedicated Christian and charter member of Hope Baptist Church She was preceded in death by her son, John "Eddie" Edmund Edwards and husband, Samuel W. Brown. She is survived by 2 daughters, Joan Benfield and Kathy (Mike) Mabry, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Daily Bread, VFW, In Touch Ministeries and Samaritan's Purse. Visitation will be held  5 - 7 pm Thursday ;;day October 4th, 2018 at Baker McCullough Funeral Home Hubert C. Baker Chapel. Funeral Service will be 1 pm Friday at Hope Baptist Church. John R. Tramell, Jr. will be officiating. Intombment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
