Larry K. Pounds, 75, of Savannah, GA passed away Saturday April 25, 2020 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Larry was a member of Compassion Christian Church. He was an avid tennis player having won several team State Championships. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and was in the Air Force and Air National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Lorraine Pounds.
He is survived by his wife, Paula H. Pounds; son, Michael C. Pounds (Anne); sister, Suzette Pounds; grandchildren, Hayley E. Pounds and Jacob Huggins.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to the Samaritan's Purse (samaritanspurse.org).
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic services will be held at a later date.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel.
