Born on Saturday, July 12th, 1952, in Ozark, Alabama, Kathy lived a life rich in love, faith, and dedication to her family and community.

Kathy was married to her loving husband, James Allen Harvey, for 46 wonderful years. Together, they built a life centered around family, faith, and service. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Hill, and son-in-law, Cary, along with her two cherished granddaughters, Elise and Alayna Hill, who brought immense joy and pride into her life. Kathy also leaves behind many other family members and friends who were touched by her kindness and generosity.

Preceded in death by her father, James Earl Parker, mother, Reba Louise Steptoe Parker, and brother, Randy Parker, Kathryn held her family close to her heart and cherished the memories they created together.

Kathy dedicated much of her professional life to her role as an Insurance Analyst at Jones, Hill, and Mercer, from which she retired after a fulfilling career. Her analytical skills and attention to detail were invaluable assets to her team and the clients she served.

A visitation will be held at Bible Baptist Church in Savannah, Georgia, on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed immediately by a funeral service at 11:00 am.
