Mrs. Jennifer Garrett Bodaford, age 63, of Savannah passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Mrs. Bodaford was born on September 17, 1962 in Savannah, Georgia to the late Paul L. Garrett and the late Edwena Irene Garrett. She attended Compassion Christian Church, East Campus. Mrs. Bodaford enjoyed a 45 year career in the legal field. She began as a receptionist and worked her way up to becoming the Clerk of Court for the Honorable Judge William T. Moore, Jr. Jennifer was a loving mother, and a selfless person, always putting those she loved before herself. She was happiest when spending time with her family and friends, and some of her fondest memories were traveling to the Caribbean with her family as a child and their salvage diving business.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Garrett & Jennifer Bodaford; stepdaughter, Katie Leggett (Tony); sister, Rhonda Kinney (Alan); and a host of nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Compassion Christian Church, East Campus (9150 Old Montgomery Road, Savannah, GA 31406).
