Jack Lamar Myers
October 17, 1941 — September 18, 2021
The Savannah High graduate retired from CSX Railroad after 30 years of service.
Mr. Myers was preceded in death by his parents, John Redding Myers and Sydney Nesbitt Myers; wife, June Reasonover Myers; and siblings, Galen Myers, Bobby Myers, Ronnie Myers and Betty Myers Edwards.
Survivors include his daughter, Sharon Thompson; stepchildren, Angela Toole, Vicki Toole and Ronald Toole, Jr.; grandchildren, Emily Traxler, Joseph McIntosh and Carter Clark; and great granddaughter June Holliday Traxler; sister, Kay Groves; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday September 22, 2021 from 5-7pm at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hubert C. Baker Chapel 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive. A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Thursday September 23, 2021 at 11am.
