Holly Hodges Keane

Holly Hodges Keane, age 68, of Savannah passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.

Mrs. Keane was born on January 25, 1956 in Savannah to Alexander "Bubber" Hodges and Alice F. Hodges. She was a 1974 graduate of Jenkins High School and continued her education at Armstrong College. She worked as a patient advocate at Georgia Regional, where she retired after 30 years of service, and happily took care of her twin grandchildren until they enrolled in school. She enjoyed hosting family gatherings, Georgia Football, NASCAR, traveling, cooking shows, computer games and sitting on the front porch with her father all while "shaking her leg".

She was preceded in death by her beloved brother Billy Hodges and husband Jimmye Keane.

She is survived by her parents, Alex "Bubber" Hodges and Alice F. Hodges; her daughter, Brooke Keane Zeigler (Ben Zeigler); sisters, Kelly Tidwell and Sally Hodges; brother, Scotty Hodges (Kym Hodges); grandchildren, Bren and Bree Zeigler; nephews Kory and Joey Tidwell and Kyle Hodges; great-nephews, Jacob and Colin Tidwell; and great-niece, Paige Tidwell. She is also survived by an aunt, Sis Richards (Jimmy Richards); numerous cousins in Savannah and Birmingham, Alabama; and many loving friends.

The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. followed by a celebration of life service on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home (7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive Savannah, Georgia 31406).
