Pooler, GA – Edna Claudine McClelland McCullough peacefully passed away on Monday, June 30th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones and under the care of Hospice Savannah at the age of 78. Born on January 18th, 1947, in Guyton, GA, Edna was a cherished wife, devoted mother, treasured grandmother, and beloved friend.

Edna is warmly remembered and survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Charles Edward McCullough. Their union, built on love and respect, was an inspiration to all who knew them. Edna's legacy continues through her devoted sons, Pernell McCullough and his wife Miranda, and Michael "Mike" McCullough. She was the proud grandmother of four: Olivia, Clarissa, Britney, and Sarah McCullough, and her joy further multiplied with the blessings of several great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by her dear sisters, Viranda Stephens and Helen Chance, along with Helen's husband, Russell. Edna’s warmth and kindness extended to a host of nieces, nephews, and numerous family friends, all of whom will miss her profoundly.

Edna was a dedicated homemaker, whose home was a beacon of love and comfort for her family and friends. Her presence was nurturing, and her laughter brought joy to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pernell McClelland Jr. and Eva Bell Fail McClelland, whose values and love she carried forward in her own family.

An avid shopper and enthusiastic BINGO player, Edna enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and shared them generously with those around her. Her family was her world, and she reveled in every moment spent with them. A member of South Newington Baptist Church, Edna's spirituality was a cornerstone of her life and provided comfort and community throughout her years.
