Ada Teresa Capo De Choudens

Ada Teresa Capo' de Choudens (de Colley), 89, of Cabo Rojo Puerto Rico and Vidalia, Georgia passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.

A native of San Juan Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of late Bernardo G. Capo' Capo' and Juana R. de Choudenz Fernandez (de Capo'). Ada was a retired Medical Doctor at Unidad de Salud Publica de Mayagues, Puerto Rico.

Survivors include her husband, Jaime A. Colley, sons, Jamie B. Colley, Javier Colley, and Carlos Colley, grandchildren, James, Robert, John, Christina, Caitlyn, Johan, Julian, Janice, Jaime, Jasmine, Jade and other family.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2020 at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel.

Graveside Service will be held in Puerto Rico at Puerto Rico Memorial Cemetery on Thursday, July 9, 2020.
