Billy Dwayne Moore

January 26, 1954 - January 26, 2022

Billy D. Moore passed away quietly surrounded by family 01/26/2022 of pneumonia NOT COVID. Billy was a builder and maker, a tool and die/machinist by trade. He also made two incredible sons with his wife Dee of 41 years, Blake, wife Amber, Judson and Thaddeus, of Bluffton S.C. and Cord (Jennifer), Kyler, Ryker, Cohen and Paxton, of Richmond Hill. One sister ,two nephews, one aunt of Wichita Ks. Born in Wichita Kansas, he moved to Savannah in 1984 for work at Gulfstream 20 years retired and worked for Precision Machine of Savannah for 17 years, and retired. His joy was his grand kids and his passion was skill and perfection at whatever he was creating at the time. Billy and Dee were members of Bible Baptist church for 32 years and CBC of Savannah for the last 5. A visitation will be held Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Baker McCullough Funeral Home, 7415 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Savannah, GA 31406. A funeral service will be held at Community Bible Church, 1112 East 69th Street, Savannah, GA 31404, Monday, January 31, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor William Fowler officiating. The family has requested no flowers.
