Eddie Davis, 67, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at his daughter’s home in Glennville, Georgia under the care of Compassionate Care Hospice and surrounded by his family.
A Native of Savannah, Georgia, Eddie is the son of the late Alvin Davis, Jr. and the late Pearl Milton Davis.
Eddie was a US Army veteran and was the owner and operator of Davis Tile. He also had worked with Lester Hayman Funeral Home and drove a cab.
He is survived by his children, Frankie, Natashia and Melissa Davis; 8 grandchildren, Celsie Futch, Nathaniel Davis, Jontavious Scott, Franike Davis, Jr., Isaiah Davis, Raelynn Davis, Jalissa Scott and Cole Davis; brothers, Russell and Robert Davis; other family and many friends.
Burial with Military Honors will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Glennville, Georgia.
The family has entrusted Services to Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel, 2794 West US Highway 80 Garden City, Georgia 31408 (912)964-2862.
