Andy was a heck of a guy.

I had the pleasure of working very closely with Andy in the structural test lab for all of my career. He was the go to guy if you needed something done correctly and quickly. He had unparalleled knowledge of his trade, and a work ethic that is very hard to come by. The structural test lab has been missing his abilities and leadership over the last couple years.

Thank you Andy for the things you have taught me throughout my career. You will forever be missed but certainly will not be forgotten.

I grew up with Andy at Telfair County High, The McRae Methodist Church where he sang in the church choir and was a member of MYF, The McRae-Helena Swim and Dive Team and I was a cheerleader when he was QB of the football team. After school, he was on the softball team I followed. I am thinking of his wife, ex-wife, children and grandchildren. And his father Buddy was one of the kindest people I ever knew. God bless you all. It’s never easy.

I am so sorry for the passing of Andy. I was a few years younger than Andy but he was always happy and upbeat. He was in the band and swim team with me and my sisters. All the girls wanted to be his girlfriend because he was so cute and sweet. I know that he will truly be missed. Prayers for all of you❤️

Very sorry for your loss.
I knew Andy for almost all of those 37 years at Gulstream. Although we loss touch years ago, he was a good and honest person and I considered him a close friend. It’s a sad day, but I remember him with a big smile and a good word for everyone. 😢

We have known Andy for over 40 years, he was more like family than friend. We met while in the service and our friendship followed all the years since. We had a lot of good times together. He was a natural athlete, and one heck of a fisherman. I take comfort in knowing that I shared the last couple fishing trips he was able to take. We will miss him dearly and are very sorry that we could not make the services. Rest Easy My Friend.
